Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using BibleShield, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

BibleShield is a productivity and faith tool that blocks selected apps until you complete a scripture reading session. You are responsible for how you configure it, including which apps you choose to block and the permissions you grant.

Permissions

BibleShield requires certain Android permissions (Usage Access and Accessibility) to function. These are used only to detect which app is open and are never used to read screen content. You may revoke them at any time, though doing so may prevent the app from working.

Purchases

Certain features (such as skipping a session) may require an in-app purchase processed through Google Play Billing. Purchases are governed by Google’s terms and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google’s policies.

Bible content

Scripture text is bundled on your device in public-domain translations (KJV and ASV) and is not provided through any third-party service or API.

BibleShield is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
